Jim Thumma serves as VP of Sales and Marketing and has been a driving force for the company since he began his career at Optical Image Technology in 2000. Jim now leads the sales team in markets such as healthcare, education, insurance and banking. He has over 20 years of experience between the technology and insurance industries and has leveraged that knowledge to help companies improve their processes and document management technologies. Jim has experience in many areas of insurance such as claims processing and remittance processing, and has a thorough understanding of the industry.

During his career, Jim has given presentations on using document and records management to improve business processes and paperless claims processing. He has also had his writing published in industry publications such as Docume.nt Magazine’s eNotes.
