Stephen Gray

Director of Quality Assurance

Stephen Gray (Steve) has been working with Optical Image Technology, Inc. since 2001. Until 2005, he served as the Director of Technical Support before his appointment to Director of Quality Assurance. Steve oversees the Quality Assurance Department which ensures that DocFinity programs and features are working correctly. The objectives of the Quality Assurance team involve testing software, identifying bugs, and providing the development team with the information that they need in order to release a stable product.

While Director of Technical Support, Steve designed a tracking system especially for OIT’s support department in order to better serve and manage customer issues. While at OIT, he has been instrumental in getting new customer sites into production with DocFinity software. A class Valedictorian, Steve attended Computer Learning Network where he specialized in Network Administration. Gray is also CompTIA A+ certified.
