OIT’s workflow includes a powerful, easy-to-use, graphical user design tool that allows workflow designers to actually illustrate the workflow and stipulate routing rules. The software stores all of the workflow controls in the database. This simplifies administration and provides powerful capabilities.
When used in conjunction with other DocFinity software applications, the power and functionality of Workflow is expanded. For example, DocFinity Electronic Signature Server offers educational institutions secure electronic workflow and encryption abilities. And XML FormFLOW allows you to automatically flow information gathered from electronic Web-based forms.
IntraVIEWER® Workflow Client: The IntraVIEWER Workflow Client has a modern, easy-to-read look and enables easy viewing and previewing of information. The Flash format ensures a reduced number of clicks and an increased processing speed. Workflow also includes the Workflow Transfer Utility, which enables users to transfer their production flow designs to a testing environment for corrections, adjustments, or additions.
DocFinity Web Edit Enabler: Web Edit Enabler revolutionizes the way student documents are handled as it allows documents to be edited directly over the Web. Options are listed on menus that allow you to check in documents, edit documents, and upload changes. The documents—Word files, Excel spreadsheets, hit lists, and other programs—can be edited directly or within a workflow.
