Jim Sibenaller Appointed Chair of DocFinity’s Customer Alliance Board

Loyola University Chicago’s Director, Enterprise Architecture & PMO, brings vision, leadership, authority.

STATE COLLEGE, PENNSYLVANIA — (October 4, 2011) — DocFinity, a provider of enterprise content management (ECM) and business process management (BPM) software to the insurance, healthcare, higher education, and other industries, announced the appointment of Jim Sibenaller, Director, Enterprise Architecture & PMO at Loyola University Chicago, as Chair of its Customer Alliance Board (CAB).

“This is a great opportunity,” said Sibenaller. “CAB enables us to share our experience and expertise with each other – and to work with DocFinity to ensure the product does what we need it to do. They’re committed to ensuring it’s a customer forum. So, to foster an environment in which we can communicate freely about our experiences, they limit their involvement. I’m pleased to serve as Chair. And I’m encouraging all DocFinity users to participate in CAB to help make a great product even better.”

The CAB allows DocFinity users to learn from each other in optimizing the product’s functional and operational efficiencies. Members communicate with DocFinity management to help shape the product’s architecture, its features, and the direction of its ongoing development. The CAB has met three times since Sibenaller’s appointment in June, identifying more than 25 action items and sending a survey to all DocFinity customers to help drive the activities and priorities of the board.

“Jim’s propensity for active leadership, and his success deploying DocFinity at Loyola, make him the perfect choice for CAB’s Chair,” said Ron Prichard, DocFinity’s president. “He hit the ground running when he was appointed at our User Conference in June, including changing the group’s name from Technical Advisory Panel to Customer Alliance Board to better reflect its roles and activities. And he hasn’t missed a step since. We look forward to what will be accomplished with Jim at the helm.”
