Scott Buchart Selected for AIIM2006 Conference Planning Committee
The 12-member committee to assist with AIIM conference development
STATE COLLEGE , Pa – June 27, 2005 – Scott Buchart was selected this week to serve on the AIIM2006 Conference Planning Committee. The committee consists of 12 members of AIIM – The ECM Association, which is comprised of various vendors, consultants, and users from across the United States who are involved in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) industry. The committee is comprised of volunteer members who are asked to assist in content and speaker selection for the annual AIIM conference to be held in Philadelphia , PA , May 16-18, 2006 .
Scott Buchart is the president and CEO of Optical Image Technology, Inc. (OIT). Buchart acquired control of OIT in 1990 and under his leadership the company has enjoyed continuous growth. Scott is considered an expert in the field of document management and has been featured in such industry publications as Transform, Business Solutions, and AIIM E-DOC Magazine. Buchart has also served on panels such as Doculabs. He was one of ten CEOs selected to write a chapter in the recently published book “Content Management Leadership: Top CEOs on Growth Strategies and the Future of Content Management Solutions,” which was the newest addition to the “Inside the Minds” series.
