Annotate via the WEB COLD-ERM & Image Files
STATE COLLEGE, PA: Optical Image Technology, Inc. Annotations allow the user to perform the same functions to an electronic document as on a physical piece of paper.

- draw hollow boxes to highlight information
- draw filled boxes to blackout information
- select colors for the annotation graphics

- edit/undo annotations from last created to first created
- clear all annotations
- file/save and multi-page support
