From Software to Homes
Optical Image Technology, Inc. (OIT) is proud to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for two new houses being built in Philipsburg, Pa. The dwellings, built based on generous contributions to the Tri-County Habitat for Humanity, will soon be home to two local Centre County families.
Scott Buchart, President and CEO of OIT, comments, “We’re very excited about these houses being built. It is gratifying to know that our support, and the support of other local organizations, is soon going to provide a warm and safe home for two families.”
OIT has been a member of the State College community for over seventeen years and appreciates any opportunity to give back to the area it calls home.
Buchart remarks, “Tri-County Habitat for Humanity is a wonderful organization that deserves the full support of the community. I know I speak on behalf of our entire team at OIT in saying that we are looking forward to our continued involvement with everyone at Habitat for Humanity.”
Other sponsors for the building project include the Lion’s Club International, local Lion’s Clubs and the Wells Fargo Housing Foundation.
