DocFinity® IntraVIEWER® Increases Versatility with Newest Release

State College, Pa.- Optical Image Technology, Inc. (OIT) proudly announces its March 2003 release of DocFinity IntraVIEWER.

IntraVIEWER, the DocFinity Web Client, has a new interface design using Macromedia's™ Flash technology. This allows for newer, more versatile interfaces that enable users to experience the full functionality that they are accustomed to in normal Windows applications.

Development of IntraVIEWER is now based on a rich Web Services API (Application Programming Interface). OIT customers benefit from this through the increased ability to integrate their own systems with IntraVIEWER and the DocFinity Suite of Products. Regardless of the customers' preferred development language or platform, they can use the IntraVIEWER Web Services API to interact with the DocFinity Product Suite. As the DocFinity Products are further developed with Web Services as a basis, the API will naturally grow to include all the new functionality developed by OIT and its partners.

Also, new features like drag/drop, animations, and GUI (Graphical User Interface) components that were not available in older versions will be incorporated into the most recent release of DocFinity IntraVIEWER.
