Optical Image Technology Hires Additional Technical Staff

Eight New Staff Integral in Further DocFinity Development

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - July 30, 2007 - Optical Image Technology, Inc. (OIT), developer of DocFinity® workflow and document management software solutions, announces the addition of eight new staff members as the company continues to grow and expand. Ryan Diehl, Ravi Dutta, Matt Gochnaur, Martin Hadden, Dan Hansel, Dawn Haines, David Matzinger, and Jennifer Schreffler have been hired across various departments and will be integral in furthering the development and support of the DocFinity suite.

A graduate of Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Science and Business Admin/Management Information Systems, Ryan Diehl will work within the software development department. His focus is on the design and coding of future DocFinity versions.

Ravi Dutta joins the J2EE team within the development department, bringing experience and knowledge from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences. His education and experience enhances the development team, allowing him to work on multiple aspects of design and development for DocFinity solutions.

Joining the technical writing team, with substantial experience, is Matt Gochnaur. A graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical and Professional Communication, he has been involved with every facet of documentation – organizing technical information, writing, and editing. Expanding the quality of documentation and the level of material in the DocFinity knowledge base is a key component in the OIT growth plan.

Marty Hadden joined OIT as a DocFinity training specialist in June 2007. He is responsible for providing end-user training at both the State College facility and at customer locations. Prior to joining OIT, Hadden was employed at a local healthcare system as a software trainer and medical IT consultant. Hadden also worked for a home builder as a document imaging specialist and as a training coordinator for Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions, both in Melbourne, Florida.

As a technical support representative, Dawn Haines supports customers and their use of DocFinity software in OIT’s Technical Support department. She received her training and education at South Hills School of Business and Technology. Haines was previously employed by D&E Communications as a technical support representative for five years.

Dan Hansel serves as an implementation analyst in the Professional Services department. Experienced in network administration, server applications, configuration, and consulting, Hansel will implement and upgrade DocFinity software at customer sites. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science and Technology from The Pennsylvania State University.

Adding to the growing professional services department, Dave Matzinger, Business Process Analyst, will work with customers on specialized projects to ensure that their business process needs are met through their use of DocFinity workflow and document management software. Matzinger's skills range from business analysis and project management to technical leadership across industries such as telecommunications, finance, insurance, and banking.

Jennifer Schreffler joined OIT as a professional services software developer in July 2007. Her responsibilities include custom programming solutions for OIT’s customers and their DocFinity software. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Science with an emphasis in software engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Schreffler is experienced in designing and coding custom software, databases, and Websites using Java, C++, J2EE, SQL, XML, and JavaScript.
