The Latest DocFinity Version 9 and Add-ons Will Address Multiple Business Needs
STATE COLLEGE , PA – March 15, 2007 – Optical Image Technology (OIT) announces the upcoming release of five new add-on modules to the company’s workflow and document management suite, DocFinity Version 9. These new products are market-driven creations to make business communications and work processing faster and easier.
DocFinity QuickQueue enables users of DocFinity Workflow to view and process large volumes of routine forms quickly. DocFinity Connect enables easier and faster integration of software applications through simple configuration. The DocFinity QuickScan module simplifies uniform scanning and indexing of documents in situations where large volumes of documents need to be scanned quickly and easily by non-technical staff. DocFinity Line Data to MS Excel enables users of DocFinity COLD-ERM to export line data into Excel in columnar form for easy manipulation. These add-ons are hot-key enabled for greater efficiency, allowing operators to perform actions with a single keystroke. Finally, the DocFinity HL7 Module ensures interoperability of DocFinity software with clinical applications without the need for elaborate custom programming.
With the exception of the HL7 module, which is designed exclusively for use in healthcare settings, all other applications benefit businesses in diverse industries. Insurers, healthcare providers, financial institutions, government offices, and higher education institutions all stand to gain from these products as well as the rest of the DocFinity product suite.
DocFinity Version 9 has continued to evolve, and now has a broader and more flexible set of capabilities since its initial release in July 2005.
