Global Access of Business Content Made Simple by OIT

STATE COLLEGE, PA: Optical Image Technology, Inc. (OIT), the leading provider of integrated EDMS and IDOM Systems, announces that IntraVIEWER, the e-business enabler, will soon provide users with a powerful tool to perform complex searches, making worldwide access of scanned documents, computer generated report files, and PC files, which are indexed and stored using OIT's Total Solution, a completely simple task.

OIT's IntraVIEWER, which is a low cost, efficient way of accessing current and historical information from locations around the globe via a web browser such as Netscape and Microsoft's Internet Explorer, will include the Query By Example (QBE) search option.

QBE lets users complete intricate searches for the retrieval of any object that is stored within OIT's Total Solution, simply by using the cascade level and user key indices. These queries can be saved from session to session, and can even be added to the main menu for easy access.
