Software Solution with Town & Country Helps Property/Casualty Insurers
State College, PA - May 17, 2007 - State College-based Optical Image Technology and Town & Country Computer Services, LLC from Schenectady, New York, announce the recent implementation of software solutions for four Pennsylvania-based property & casualty insurance companies. The integration of Town & Country's INS PRO policy administration and claims processing system with DocFinity Web-based digital imaging, automated workflow, and web services technology is enabling these insurers to revolutionize services and maximize efficiency in a highly competitive market.
Town & Country's INS PRO policy administration, accounts receivable, and premium/loss accounting system currently serves insurers across the United States; Optical Image Technology's DocFinity suite of workflow and document management products serves insurers across the USA and internationally. The goal of the partnership, which began in 2005 with the first collaborative project at Panhandle Farmers Mutual Insurance in West Virginia, is to help insurers compete successfully, while growing their customer base and building customer loyalty. The seamless integration of the these companies' software solutions eliminates redundancy and errors as well as reducing paper and hours of paper chasing through effective automation, expediting service with remote agents. The four new sites include Friend's Cove Mutual Insurance, Lehigh Mutual Insurance, Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance of McCandless, and Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Marble.
