Print To DocFinity (2007)

Print To DocFinity is an easy and effective way to put any file from any Windows application into DocFinity. Printing to DocFinity creates an unalterable TIFF image of the print data stream, allowing users to index the document before storing it into DocFinity. The indexing screen provides all the efficiencies of automatic validation and indexing. Print To DocFinity also remembers the size and location of the window as you last left it, eliminating any setup time with each use.

DocFinity Connect (2007)

Users of DocFinity software who are seeking an option for easier and faster integration now have another option with DocFinity Connect. This add-on product enables users to link applications by simple configuration, as an alternative to the robust DocFinity Web Services that are included in the DocFinity Core. The application can hook into Windows forms, and can be configured to scrape data from DocFinity applications for PowerIndexing, and much more.

DocFinity HL7 Module (2007)

The DocFinity HL7 Module ensures interoperability with your clinical applications, providing a means to exchange, create, and store information without the need for elaborate custom programming. It allows doctors and staff to spend less time with paperwork and have immediate access to comprehensive patient records. Patients also have quicker access to their procedure results.

DocFinity QuickScan (2007)

This new product, DocFinity QuickScan, enables easy and uniform scanning and indexing of documents (and document packages) for current DocFinity customers. The product is ideal for organizations that have routine documents that need to be scanned easily and quickly. Medical offices, college registrars, and others profit from the simplicity, which benefits both staff and our clients’ customers as end users. With a few easy clicks, documents and batches of similar documents are in the system and ready for further processing.

DocFinity QuickQueue (2007)

DocFinity QuickQueue is an optional add-on product for DocFinity Workflow users, enabling more efficient processing of HCFA and UB92 forms and other similar documents. Users view jobs directly, one after another. Hot keys can be configured to allow users to advance to the next screen with a single keystroke, providing faster, improved navigation and eliminating the need for repetitive mouse clicks. The document, image, or page appears immediately. Users no longer have to open a task list in order to retrieve a document. A single key launches QuickQueue, at which point all documents in a queue can be viewed directly, one after the other. Exceptions can be denoted with a single keystroke, so that work can continue uninterrupted.

DocFinity Line Data to Excel (2007)

This new add-on product, DocFinity Line Data to Excel, enables current DocFinity COLD-ERM (reports management) line data users to extract Ascii text from COLD reports and place it intact in Excel for easy manipulation of the data. Data stored in columns retains its formatting, enabling data to be viewed, altered, and sorted. This gives line data users greater flexibility.
