Thumbnails provide a quick way to differentiate images and other documents without opening them. Users can flip between hit lists and thumbnails on the fly.


• Viewers—Allow authorized users (customers, clients, partners, suppliers, etc.) to access files securely from any Web browser. DocFinity offers four different view options: DocFinity viewer, view as PDF, Pre-viewer, and View in Native Application.


• Print Server—Allows users to print multiple stored documents without having to open them, which reduces network traffic and increases productivity.


• Enterprise Search—Enables full-text searches of the information contained within your documents.
