THE NEED
Once your organization has installed the DocFinity® Enterprise Core, you’ll have the tools you need to digitally manage all your vital documents and computer-generated files. The Core provides you with the ability to electronically index, import, file, and retrieve objects from anywhere, simply by logging into the DocFinity system via a standard Web browser. For an integrated strategy that goes beyond the efficiency of a paperless office, organizations can further streamline processes and improve daily operations by adding DocFinity modules to the Core.
THE DOCFINITY SOLUTION
While the Core is designed to be a complete solution on its own, the software modules in the DocFinity suite outside of the DocFinity Core are designed to improve upon the functionality built into the Core. These DocFinity products enable you to manage your repository with greater ease; monitor your entire system to identify problems before they slow you down; move your document-based business processes into the DocFinity system; increase the speed with which you index images and computer-generated files; and monitor print streams to further reduce your dependence on paper.
