Barcode Server – A barcode solution that operates on a separate server, freeing up your scanners to do even more scanning. Greatly increases the speed, accuracy, and reliability of indexing by removing the human element.
COLD-ERM (Reports Management) – Captures print streams and immediately makes the documents available for retrieval. COLD-ERM is an excellent solution for managing green-bar reports and creating invoices and other documents. It works with virtually any print stream and document templates to increase customer service and employee efficiency while reducing printing costs.
Dashboard/Statboard – Monitors every aspect of your system with an easy-to-use graphic interface. Dashboard and Statboard can identify potential problems before they become serious—saving you from potential breakdowns that might negatively affect productivity.
Electronic Signature Server – Offers increased document and business process security by providing a means to store electronic signatures. This module allows users to electronically sign digital documents, much like one would sign-off on a hard copy.
Email Manager – Allows you to capture your system’s emails and their associated information—headers, attachments, date, time, sender, etc.—and automatically index and store them with the rest of your vital documents. Email messages are now recognized as part of the corporate record. This module helps organizations filter and reduce unwanted email in order to simplify retention, deletion, storage, and management.
HSM – Provides a means to automatically move documents from one storage medium to another. HSM (Hierarchical Storage Manager) is an excellent tool for managing records that the law requires you keep for a particular time period. It automatically purges the records from your system when they expire. It also allows you to automatically back up—on or off site—all of the documents within your system.
Print/Fax Server – Boosts efficiency in an environment where a large number of documents needs to be printed or faxed. This module allows users to print and fax documents without opening them. Documents with proper index values are automatically sent to a separate server to be processed for printing or faxing, freeing up users and their computers to move on to other tasks.
Reports – Generates real-time reports or system readings and enables administrators and managers to monitor employees’ workflows, streamlining overall system management. DocFinity® Reports can monitor and return real-time results on almost any aspect of a Windows environment.
Workflow – Moves your paper-based business processes into cyberspace by electronically routing documents through necessary processes and to various users. This component greatly increases efficiency by eliminating lost documents and prevents papers from piling up in a “to do” basket. Workflow operates with Electronic Signature Server to provide additional validation and security through every process.
XML FormFLOW™ – Enables users to easily create Web-based forms. This module allows you to reproduce actual paper forms used in your operations so that they may be completed online. XML FormFLOW functions seamlessly with DocFinity Workflow to automatically move completed forms through necessary processes.
