System Administration – You determine who has the rights to view specific documents. Entire file folders can be off limits for users, or you can limit user rights down to the page level. Confidential information, proprietary documents, and private records are all kept secure.
Imaging – A Windows-based solution for the scanning, indexing, and retrieval of images. Offers a number of scanner settings: creating multi-page tiffs, changing image resolution, color options, and more. The program supports a full range of scanners, from SCSI scanners to high-speed duplex scanners. Alternatively, DocFinity will also fully integrate with your current scanning solution.
IntraVIEWER® – Allows any user with proper rights—customers, clients, partners, suppliers etc.— to access virtually all the features of the DocFinity suite from any Web browser. IntraVIEWER also notifies administrators when someone accesses documents, which helps with compliance measures.
PowerIndexing – Users are able to index text wherever desired. When the user works on indexing a batch of documents, the system saves the indexing behind the scenes, allowing the user to continue working without interruption.
Object and Office Importers – Allow users to easily bring many different types of files into the DocFinity electronic document management system. The Importers electronically file the objects appropriately within the cascade filing structure and apply proper user keys for efficient retrieval.
Web Services API – Enables users to tap into the functionality of the DocFinity suite from within their own familiar software applications, regardless of the language or platform they employ. The flexibility of DocFinity’s Web services architecture makes it possible for users to call the DocFinity API from their own Web sites, portals, and server processes. Customers can link to data, and pass it back and forth via the DocFinity API, using virtually any development language. This allows users to import, retrieve, and view documents from DocFinity, start workflows, and get reports, all from their own company Web site, portals, or applications.
