HOW DASHBOARD AND STATBOARD WORK

DocFinity Dashboard and DocFinity Statboard allow system administrators and managers to monitor overall system and business process status—at a glance—from a Web browser. Throughout the day, the software will take readings of the system and indicate whether or not everything is functioning properly. If there is a problem in the system—or even the potential for a problem in the future—the Dashboard module will alert the system administrator. With proper hardware, these modules can even be set up to page, email, or call management in the event of a serious problem.
All information that is gathered by the DocFinity Dashboard and Statboard is stored in a database, allowing users to run reports on system performance for any given day, week, or month. It’s also browser-based, enabling users to access the program anywhere on an organization’s network.
