DocFinity Reports provides detailed reporting and audit information in unlimited and flexible configuration options. Workflow audit information, productivity, inventory, aging, and other measures of output and efficiency can be graphically represented for comparison over time in any configuration imaginable. A user interface adds additional reports to the Reporting Portal. The included Statboard module provides process management tools for peak performance from your workflows and triggers automatic alarms or notifications if there is a risk of reduced performance. In addition, user activity audits simplify HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley reporting.

HOW REPORTS WORKS

The DocFinity Reports module has been dramatically reengineered, transforming the product to simplify compliance and to give managers greater flexibility. Initially the module included ten static reports that could not be modified; in contrast, the newest version is a dynamic tool that allows users to either modify the reports that are provided with the module or to build their own on the fly. Additionally, Reports now has the ability to audit user activity for HIPAA and SOX reporting. It can collect names of people who had accessed documents, and the exact times and dates at which they were accessed. The updated version of Reports builds tables, gathers information, and graphically represents the information in the users’ desired configurations.

Reports features two arenas: one strictly for reporting, and another that provides analysis and data mining using graphics and charts. Drawing from all of the data a company stores within the DocFinity electronic storage system, this dynamic revision gives users the ability to change report configurations simply by dragging fields that are displayed on the screen. It offers users flexibility, and provides the ability to create highly customizable, auditable reports and charts that can be produced and accessed securely over the Web.
