DocFinity Viewing Options
Customize your viewing experience to fit your business process
DocFinity offers users four different viewing options, which can be used in accordance with users’ business needs. Authorized users (customers, clients, partners, suppliers, etc.) can access files securely from any Web browser:
- DocFinity Viewer: Users can open a document in the DocFinity Viewer to add markups and annotations such as highlighting, text formatting, redaction, and footnotes. The DocFinity Viewer allows users to customize the viewing experience without altering the original documents.
- View as PDF: Allows users to open documents in PDF format. This eliminates steps and saves time.
- Preview panel: A thin, fast viewer that displays the pages of a document one image at a time. Users can get detailed information about a file that may not be evident from the search results panel.
- View in Native Application: Allows users to open documents in their original file formats in their native applications. This provides users with full access to features that are associated with specific applications.
