The DocFinity Self-Service Gateway provides a secure way to exchange information with those outside of your DocFinity network. Capable of handling multiple gateways, each one can be styled to match your brand to seamlessly integrate with your company's look and feel. You'll configure it to grant named users a subset of DocFinity functionality, like the ability to view specific documents or search for and open chosen files. You can also provide access to eForms for completion and to upload images and documents. And every aspect is auditable so you know who is accessing what and when.
Using OpenID Connect, you'll verify the gateway user and they'll be granted access only to the searches, documents, forms and more that you've pre-approved in DocFinity. These users do not have full access to all of DocFinity's functionality, but this subset of features is ideal for allowing clients or the public access to documents and forms used to gather and share information.
Capable of handling multiple gateways, you can set these up for access by those you serve, your partners or staff. And the simple and intuitive interface requires no training for use.
Allow clients, partners, constituents, parents, students, etc. access to information you'd like to share, as well as a way for them to submit data and documents to start processes. You'll provide a way for them to find answers without having to reach out and start processes on their own which significantly saves you time and resources and improves the way you offer services.
For processes that simply require viewing documents to make decisions, create predefined searches behind the scenes that pull just what they need to see. Or provide prompt fields that enable employees to search for information among the documents they're pre-approved to view.
Utilizing forms, they can also upload documents and images into the system for storage, send data to other systems, and/or to trigger new DocFinity processes.
HR departments find the self-service gateway to be a huge time saver. During the onboarding process, they can provide staff with documentation for review, collect needed data with eForms, and request credentials that the employee can upload so that important first paycheck arrives on time.
It also provides a place for staff to go throughout the year to reference insurance policies, submit status changes, log complaints, submit vacation and sick time requests, complete yearly evaluations that trigger workflows for review by management in their gateway, and more. And since it's all trackable, it's easy to see who still needs to complete information.
